Everyone has hurdles to clear in their life. Some hurdles are higher than others.

I’ve had to clear some pretty high hurdles to get to where I am today.

Hurdles like divorce, alcoholism in the family, quitting smoking, cancer in the family, death of parent, Rosacea, irritable bowel, road warrior, two surgeries and two rehabs, marriage, pregnancy, layoff in the family, baby weight, kids.

But running in parallel are some highlights too: Certified Veterinary Technician, Certified Fitness Instruction, chemical engineering, business, marriage, kids, Certified Health Coach, Certified Health Coach Instructor.

Along the way, with the ups and the downs and the tears and the joy I found my passion: helping others help themselves.

And when I’m not doing that, you’ll find me riding my horse.
